Candy Cane Bark

Dark chocolate is tempered to the perfect temperature & poured into a chocolate bar mold. Tempered white chocolate is then poured over the hardened dark chocolate. Next we sprinkle crushed peppermint candy canes & sparkly sugar over top & drizzle the entire slab with dark chocolate. This bark has a light mint flavor, not too much. The crunch of the candy cane & chocolate melting in your mouth is a real treat. For Valentine's Day, we sprinkle them with red sparkly sugar for extra pizzaz!
