White & Dark Chocolate is swirled together on a large bakery sheet pan. Next we sprinkle crushed peppermint candy canes, dragees & sparkly sugar over top This bark has a light mint flavor, not too much. The crunch of the candy cane & chocolate melting in your mouth is a real treat. For Valentine's Day, we sprinkle them with red sparkly sugar for extra pizzaz!
